voiceEnjay Voice Broadcast is a unique solution  which can help you reach thousands of people in a very short time – in your own voice and that too on their mobile / land line directly.

What EVB is not:

  1.  Voice Messaging Service (or mms) –
    1. The calls are done by the server to the receiving person, and then the message is played.
    2. The receiver receives the call as a normal call. voice blast
    1. Voice blast – is like shooting in the dark, you don’t know whether the target has been hit or not ?
    2. This requires little bit explanation, let me elaborate it.
Special (& Innovative) Reporting Features in EVB
  1. Know what happens to your calls (campaign): Suppose you have started a campaign which is going to call to around 2000 people (and deliver a message of 93 seconds). Then EVB – can report the following:
    1. How many people did not receive the call. (By default it can retry upto 2 times – @ the intervals specified by you).
    2. How many people heard the call for how much time. Now, this can be extremely useful – if people are disconnecting calls after 5/7 seconds, it means either they did not understand the idea, or they assumed this to be some random marketing call.
  2. Get feedback for your calls. This is possible in two ways.
    1. Listen to what people say – when your message is played:
      1. When your message is played, what ever the other person says is recorded on EVB Servers.
      2. Which means you if the script is crafted properly, you can get voice feedback.
    2. Ask people to do a keypress – after your msg is over. (eg: if you like this press 1 or press 3 after the beep)
      1. All feedback given by recipients from their mobile is directly recorded on EVB servers, and you can download or view them from there.
      2. This can be very useful for conducting surveys or feedback campaigns
Imagination is the ONLY limitation. Otherwise – anything can be done with Enjay Voice Broadcast.
