Generally we use CRM so that we get a full view of our relationship and activities with customers and our teams. However most of the communication happens on telephone and mobile – and sadly this data is not showing up in CRM system.

And, this becomes very critical, because your sales / Support executives are not going to enter all this data in to CRM system.

What if we had something (some system), which can enter and relate all these data from our telephony systems and mobile phones directly into CRM.
– that too properly organised and classified.

Well, good news is that Enjay has three products that do it very very nicely.

  • Enjay CRM.
    • This is based on community version of SugarCRM.
    • instead of this you could also use any community (or any other) version of sugarCRM.
  • Enjay Synapse
    • This is customised IPPBX system – which has fantastic software integration capabilities.
    • We already have a connector for SugarCRM (also supports Enjay CRM). which will give all the records directly into CRM system.
    • Note: We also provide API, using which any software (repeat – any) software on earth can be integrated with Enjay Synapse.
  • Enjay Panorama
    • Is a mobile application which sends your mobile data (like caller name, time, duration, etc) to your CRM server.
    • It can also send the geographical location of the mobile user – when the call was made.
    • This is not dependend on the Cellular provider.
    • We already have Enjay Panorama for SugarCRM.
    • For this also, we have an API, which can be used to integrate with any software.
Thus you get Emails, phone calls and mobile call details – everything right into your CRM – without any human intervention.
This is amazing – you will have to see it to believe it.
welcome to the converged world – This is Ennovation by Enjay.
